* UCI CARE presents The Clothesline Project: April 17, 9 am, UCI Gateway Plaza. A visual display in which those affected by gender based violence express themselves and their stories through powerful T- shirts. Take Back the Night: April 19, 7 pm, UCI Flagpoles. 20th annual campus-wide candlelight vigil and march to raise awareness about sexual violence, engage the community in prevention efforts, and offer support and respect to survivors. Visit

* Blum Ambassadors Council presents Cultivating Solutions: Food Access & Nutrition Workshop: April 19, 5-7 pm, Social & Behavioral Scienes Gateway 1517. The UCI Blum Center is hosting a panel discussion and resource fair in order to empower students in making decisions about nutrition and food access. * Water UCI presents The Local Water Transition for California Cities: April 20, 1-2:30 pm, Doheny Room CD, Student Center. Dr. David L. Sedlak will focus on local water supply options that might serve as cost-effective alternatives to imported water that are consistent with local values.

* Claire Trevor School of the Arts presents Gassman Electronic Music Series: April 19, 8 pm, Winifred Smith Hall. The Gassmann Electronic Music Series presents original new music compositions, featuring realtime interactive digital technology and displaying innovative explorations of human-computer interaction.

Dance Escape: April 20, 2 pm, Claire Trevor Theatre. Graduate students from CTSA’s Department of Dance present a unique program of original choreography. This annual program is a student favorite and beams with energy and creativity.
